As a former COO, Project Manager, and Quality Assurance Manager, and now a leadership consultant, I bring a wealth of practical knowledge in steering teams and businesses towards excellence. My expertise in Lean Six Sigma and project management, coupled with global business experience, equips me to understand and address the unique challenges leaders face in their business.
My passion for leadership extends beyond the workplace. As a semi-professional football player, I learned the power of teamwork and resilience. As foster carers, my wife and I embrace the role of nurturing and guiding, mirroring the essence of true leadership.
